Sea Song Soap

This beautiful bar was inspired by living on the wild Atlantic coast of Ireland many years ago. The heady smell and vibrant colours of burgundy, orange and crimson flowers in the hedgerows, the sweet soft smell of the sea breeze on the coastal walk.
This bar has been coloured naturally using indigo root, it is amazing the colours which can be achieved using plants. I love working with natural colourants.

An ultra creamy bar with superior lather, nourishing oils and butters are the foundation of my soap recipes, these are saponified and become a nice hard bar of soap. The finished bar of soap gently cleanses, each soap contains naturally occurring glycerine and has free oils remaining in the finished bar.

Caring For Your Soap | It is important to keep your natural soap dry between uses. Do not leave it sitting in a puddle of water as this will spoil it. Place it on a wire soap dish or an upside down nail brush that will drain it and allow it to dry out properly |

Ingredients *Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, *Aqua (Water) Distilled, *Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, *Prunus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, *Ricinus Communis (Castor) Bean Oil, *Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Nut Butter, *Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, *Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil, *Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, *Litsea Cubeba (May Chang) Fruit Oil, *Indigofera Tinctoria (Indigo) Powder, **Oils Saponified With (**Sodium Hydroxide), the reaction between **Sodium Hydroxide (which is a high alkaline salt) & the fats / oils in the recipe is what makes bar soap. *Limonene (*These are naturally occuring in the essential oils).
