Each and every person is unique, and that is why a bespoke blend carries with it a signature recipe formulated to suit your individual needs. Essential oils have the ability to promote physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. They are gentle but can be potent in their action when used on a daily basis.

When the oils are blended into a carrier oil base, and massaged into the skin, their molecules have a direct effect on the limbic system, which is the brains emotional center. Each essential oil is a super potent concentrated plant essence, extracted from raw plant material. The chosen essentail oils are pre-blended into a carrier oil base, this can easily be applied to the skin via self massage or by applying to the pulse points on the wrists and the neck.

When you purchase this service, I will ask you to fill out a form which will give me an insight as to which essential oils would be of the most benefit to you, and also the method of application. I use my knowledge of Aromatherpy and Ayurveda to create your bespoke wellness blend. It comes packaged in a 50ml size brown glass bottle with a pump top for easy application.
