Botanical Facial Steam

Begin by cleansing your face, preferably with a face oil. Place a couple of tea spoons of your dried flowers in a large bowl of boiling water. Cover your head with a towel over the bowl and allow the herbs to deeply cleanse your pores with the steam. Stay in the steam for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your skin type. Take some deep breathes and relax in this moment.
Facial steam is hot! You must take care when steaming your face, be sure it isn't too hot, if it is just allow some cool air in for a second and then cover with the towel again. Do not burn your skin. Enjoy a comforting detoxifying treatment.
